Together we build sustainable endowments for future generations
Husna is a proposed partnership between ASICO Development and Awqaf Dubai. It turns land into a lasting source of income that supports charitable initiatives.
More than a real-estate initiative
“Husna” is not just a real-estate initiative; it is a model for sustainable growth and community empowerment.
Strategic land overseen by Awqaf Dubai is developed into high-quality residential buildings. The income those buildings generate funds charitable work for the long term, serving growing market demand while advancing the goals Awqaf Dubai pursues.
- 01
Maximising land use
Land owned by Awqaf Dubai becomes thriving residential communities, ensuring optimal use of the land and bringing benefit to the community.
- 02
Sustainable funding for charity
The initiative is an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah): a sustainable, long-term income that supports Awqaf Dubai’s humanitarian and charitable work.
- 03
Proven expertise
ASICO Development is committed to projects marked by precision that balance market appeal with value to the community.
